泰国风味鸡翅 (Tai Guo Feng Wei Ji Chi- Thai-Style Chicken Wings)

Ingredients

  • 鸡翅 (Ji Chi) - Chicken wings, 10-15 pieces
  • 蚝油 (Hao You) - Oyster sauce, 1/4 cup
  • 蜂蜜 (Feng Mi) - Honey, 1/4 cup
  • 辣椒酱 (La Jiao Jiang) - Hot sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • 红酒 (Hong Jiq) 或 番茄汁 (Fan Qie Zhi) - Red wine or tomato juice, 1/4 cup
  • 大蒜 (Da Suan) - Garlic, 4 cloves
  • 香葱 (Xiang Cōng) - Green onions, 4-5 pieces
  • 香菜 (Xiang Cai) - Cilantro ,2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, honey, hot sauce, red wine or tomato juice, garlic, green onions, and cilantro.
  • Place the chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag and add the marinade.
  • Seal the bag and mix the contents gently.
  • Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to medium heat.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet and brush with the marinade.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, brushing with marinade occasionally.
  • Let rest before serving.
