Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, honey, hot sauce, red wine or tomato juice, garlic, green onions, and cilantro.
- Place the chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag and add the marinade.
- Seal the bag and mix the contents gently.
- Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to medium heat.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet and brush with the marinade.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, brushing with marinade occasionally.
- Let rest before serving.
