- 10-15 (鸡翅, Ji Chi) - Chicken wings, 10-15 pieces
- 1/2 cup (番茄酱, Fan Qie Jiang) - Ketchup, 1/2 cup
- 山葵 (Shan Kui) or 芥末 (Jie Mo) - Horseradish or mustard, 3-4 tablespoons
- 柠檬汁 (Ning Meng Zhi) - Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
- 橄榄油 (Gan Lan You) - Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
- 雪梨酒 (Xue Li Jiu) or 苹果汁 (Ping Guo Zhi) - Sherry or apple juice, 1 tablespoon
- 胡椒粉 (Hu Jiao Fen) - Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish or mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, sherry or apple juice, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag and add the marinade.
- Seal the bag and let marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to medium heat.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
